Ingredients
2 Cups of Chopped Spinach
3.5 Cups of Shredded Pepper-jack Cheese
1/3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/3 Tbsp Ground Pepper
1/3 lb Pepperoni Slices
3.5 Cups of Shredded Pepper-jack Cheese
1/3 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/3 Tbsp Ground Pepper
1/3 lb Pepperoni Slices
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) On a baking sheet, spread out 1 cups worth a layer of pepper-jack cheese
Step 3) Sprinkle the pepper and powder on top of the cheese
Step 4) For the 2nd layer place the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese
Step 5) The third layer will consist of the 2 cups of chopped spinach with the final layer being the last cup of cheese
Step 6) Bake the sheet in the oven for 14 minutes until the layers have compressed
Step 7) Low Broil pan for 6-7 Minutes
Step 8) After 7 minutes have elapsed remove the sheet from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 Minutes
Step 9) Refrigerate sheet-pan for 1-2 hours to allow cheese to solidify
