Ingredients
1/2 Apple
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 tbsp of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of Softened Butter
1 Cup of Almond Flour
1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Baking Powder
4 Eggs
Coconut Oil Spray
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1 tbsp of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/4 tbsp of Brown Sugar

Serving Size - 9 Mupples
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F
Step 2) In a large bowl add the butter then sugar, cream both together until smooth
Step 3) Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
Step 4) Using a blender, combine the cream cheese, apple and almond milk
Step 5) Combine the egg mixture into the apple mixture, blending until smooth
Step 6) In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients
Step 7) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients slowly, mixing as you go
Step 8) Spray a little bit of coconut oil into each muffin tray indent then line each one with muffin liners
Step 9) Scoop enough mixture to fill roughly 2/3 of the muffin spaces (they will rise)
Step 9) Bake the tray for roughly 24 minutes depending upon how you like your mupples
Step 10) After roughly 24 minutes has elapsed remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes
Step 11) Refrigerate the mupples for 24 hours to allow them to solidify or enjoy!
