Ingredients
2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cup of Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup of Mayo
1/4 Cup of Mustard
2 tbsp of Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tbsp of Pink Salt
1 tbsp of Ground Pepper
1/4 Cup of Chopped Red Onion
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Cup of Chopped Celery

Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 300 F
Step 2) On a baking sheet spread out the 2 cups of cheese evenly and bake at 300 for roughly 5 minutes
Step 3) After 5 minutes has elapsed, remove the sheet from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes
Step 4) Once the cheese has cooled it should have a gooey feel which will allow you to shape it
Step 5) Drape the cheese layer over a spatula that is extended over a bowl and allow it to cool
Step 6) Dice the hard-boiled eggs then insert them into a medium bowl along with the rest of the ingredients
Step 7) Mix all the ingredients together then carefully scoop the salad into the cheese shells and enjoy!
