Ingredients
2 Cups Almond Flour
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Pink Salt
1/2 Tsp Hot Water
1/4 Cup Xyla
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Sticks Softened Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Pink Salt
1/2 Tsp Hot Water
1/4 Cup Xyla
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Sticks Softened Butter
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Yields 20-25 Cookies
Instructions
Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 F° / 176 C°
Step 2) In a large bowl add the butter then Xyla, cream both together until smooth
Step 3) Add the eggs and beat them then insert the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth
Step 4) Combine the baking soda and water then pour it into the bowl
Step 5) In a separate bowl combine all of the dry ingredients
Step 6) Pour the remaining dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, slowly mixing as you go
Step 7) Add the chocolate chips to the mixture then continue stirring until a smooth consistency is reached
Step 8) Using a scooper or by hand, drop a normal sized portion of the batter on a baking sheet
Step 9) Bake for roughly 15-20 minutes depending upon how you like your cookies
Step 10) After 15-20 minutes has elapsed allow them to cool for 10 minutes
