Ingredients
3 Eggs
2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/3 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Pink Salt
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 Tsp Agave Nectar
1/5 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/5 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Tbsp Minced Jalapenos
1 Avocado
2 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
1/3 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Pink Salt
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 Tsp Agave Nectar
1/5 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/5 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Tbsp Minced Jalapenos
1 Avocado
Instructions
Step 1) Put a small pan on the stove and set the heat to "2" or a low setting
Step 2) Crack 3 Eggs into a small bowl then add the Pepper, Salt and 1 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream
Step 3) Mix those ingredients together until a smooth consistency is formed
Step 4) Once the pan is warm coat the it with Butter and spread it around evenly
Step 5) Then pour the Olive Oil into the pan and spread it around evenly
Step 6) Add the Egg Mixture to the pan and cover it with a lid, allowing it to cook for roughly 2.5 minutes
Step 7) Once 2.5 minutes has elapsed add the Cheese, Jalapeno Peppers and Onions on top of the Omelette
Step 8) Turn the heat setting to low then cover the pan again with the lid, allowing it to cook for 5 additional minutes
Step 9) After 5 minutes has elapsed slowly fold the eggs into themselves to create the Omelette
Step 10) Re-cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 5 more minutes
Step 11) Once 5 minutes has elapsed remove the Omelette from the pan and place it on a plate
Step 12) Add the Balsamic Vinaigrette to the pan and allow it to cook for 5 Minutes
Step 13) During those 5 minutes slowly add the remaining Heavy Cream and Nectar while stirring the sauce
Step 14) Take your Avocado and slice it into wedges then place it on the Omelette
Step 15) After the sauce has thickened, pour it over the omelette with avocado then enjoy!
